THE WELSH RUGBY UNION LIMITED 500 DEBENTURE SERIES APPLICATION FORMISSUE OF UP TO 500 EAST STAND UPPER TIER DEBENTURES HAVING A NOMINAL VALUE OF £6,000 EACH ("DEBENTURES")Before submitting this Application Form, you should read and understand the Debenture offer document issued by The Welsh Rugby Union Limited ("WRU") which is available at: http://wru.wales/500debentureseries ("Offer Document"). Do not complete and submit this Application Form unless you wish to subscribe for Debentures. If you are in any doubt as to what action you should take, you are recommended to seek your own personal financial advice immediately from your stockbroker, solicitor, accountant or other independent financial adviser authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.In particular, the applicant should have regard to the priority in which applications will be treated if over-subscribed (on a first come, first served basis), the closing date for applications (FRIDAY 24 JUNE, 5PM) and understand the consequences of applying for a Debenture.

You will need a WRU e-ticketing account in order to pay for any Debentures which are allocated to you. A WRU e-ticketing account can be set-up here: www.eticketing.co.uk/principalitystadium. You will also need to provide a contact telephone number and e-mail address, and if your application is successful, you will be contacted on this telephone number or by e-mail. You will be required to make payment for the Debenture(s) allocated to you via your online WRU e-ticketing account.
The WRU will not accept responsibility for any delay which may be caused by an Application Form which is completed and/or submitted incorrectly or where any payment is not fulfilled on the due date or for any delay outside of its control, including in relation to the online application process or the banking system.
